The Winchester office of Sperry Van Ness is independently owned and operated, was formed in 2004 by Conrad Koneczny and Betty Friant, and became affiliated with the International commercial headquarters in California. We welcomed Jim Vickers as a partner in the firm in 2007 and expanded from two Senior Advisors to five Advisors. In 2008 we will have added an additional three Advisors. Our staff is experienced in our practice, knowledgeable of the market, participants in civic and professional responsibilities and absolutely dedicated to Client loyalty.
